It is the policy of the Yamba Waters Holiday Park to accept forward bookings. Please note minimum bookings apply for the following times:-

Long Weekends – 3 nights

Easter – 4 nights

Christmas – 5 nights

Upon receipt of the requested deposit a guarantee of site/accommodation will be held exclusively for you for a period of 24 hours from 10.00 am or 1.00pm on the arrival date. The balance of your account plus a $20.00 key deposit (per key) is payable upon arrival by cash, credit card or EFTPOS - NO EXCEPTIONS. If payment has been made by cheque the receipt is issued subject to the cheque being cleared. A fee is imposed for dishonoured or re-presented cheques.

Failure to Notify of Cancellation

If you do not notify Yamba Waters Holiday Park of your cancellation in writing, or if you do not arrive by 10.00am on the day after your scheduled arrival date, your booking will be cancelled without refund to you.

Low Season

By paying a deposit equal to 1 night’s accommodation your reservation is ensured for the first night. The balance of the booking is to be paid on arrival - NO EXCEPTIONS.  Deposits must be received no later than seven (7) days after your booking has been accepted otherwise your booking will be cancelled. Deposits (less a $30.00 booking fee per site or unit booking) will be refunded if the Park is notified in writing of your cancellation seven (7) days prior to your scheduled arrival date. All deposit money is forfeited if notice of your cancellation is received after this period. STRICTLY NO REFUNDS OR CREDITS FOR EARLY DEPARTURES, INCLEMENT WEATHER OR CIRCUMSTANCES BEYOND THE PARK'S CONTROL.

Peak Season – Easter & Christmas

During Peak Season an initial deposit of $100.00 is required for villas/units and $50.00 for sites. Before 1 September for Xmas and one month prior to Good Friday for Easter,50% of the total tariff (including extras) must be paid.The balance of the booking is to be paid on arrival - NO EXCEPTIONS. Your deposit is only refundable (less a $30.00 booking fee per site or unit booking) if you notify the Park in writing of your cancellation at least thirty (30) days prior to your scheduled arrival date. If less than 30 days notice is received any and all monies paid are forfeited.STRICTLY NO REFUNDS OR CREDITS FOR EARLY DEPARTURES, INCLEMENT WEATHER OR CIRCUMSTANCES BEYOND THE PARK'S CONTROL. PLEASE CONSIDER YOUR DATES CAREFULLY AS YOU MUST PAY FOR THE DATES YOU BOOK FOR.

Please note that Yamba Waters Holiday Park is closed on Christmas Day. Arrivals and departures cannot be scheduled for this day. Management reserves the right to change allocated site/s.Every endeavour will be made to accomodate special requests but regrettably sites cannot be guaranteed. Prices and policies are subject to change to change without notice.
