It is the policy of the Yamba Waters Holiday Park to accept forward bookings. Please note minimum bookings apply for the following times:-

Long Weekends – 3 nights

Easter – 4 nights

Christmas & School Holidays – 5 nights

Upon receipt of the requested deposit a guarantee of site/accommodation will be held exclusively for you for a period of 24 hours from 10.00 am or 1.00pm on the arrival date. The balance of your account plus a $20.00 key deposit (per key) is payable upon arrival by cash, credit card or EFTPOS.

Failure to Notify of Cancellation

If you do not notify Yamba Waters Holiday Park of your cancellation in writing, or if you do not arrive by 10.00am on the day after your scheduled arrival date, your booking will be cancelled without refund to you.

Low Season

By paying a deposit equal to 1 night’s accommodation your reservation is ensured for the first night. Deposits must be received no later than seven (7) days after your booking has been accepted otherwise your booking will be cancelled. Deposits (less a $30.00 booking fee) will be refunded if the Park is notified in writing of your cancellation seven (7) days prior to your scheduled arrival date. All deposit money is forfeited if notice of your cancellation is received after this period.

Holiday Season – NSW & Queensland School Holidays, Easter & Christmas

During high season a security deposit of 50% of the total booking fee is required for villas, units and sites. Your deposit is only refundable (less a $30.00 booking fee) if you notify the Park in writing of your cancellation at least thirty (30) days prior to your scheduled arrival date. Your deposit is forfeited if less than 30 days notice is received.

Strictly no refund for early departures or inclement weather. Management reserves the right to change allocated site/s. Prices and policies subject to change without notice.

Please note that Yamba Waters Holiday Park is closed on Christmas Day. Arrivals and departures cannot be scheduled for this day.
