Deposit
To secure a reservation, a deposit of the first night's accommodation is required to be paid within 7 days of making a reservation.

Account Balance
The balance of the account must be paid in full 14 days prior to arrival. For bookings made within this period, payment must be either by credit card or electronic funds transfer.

Payment Options
Payment can be made by credit card, Money Order (Australian only), Traveller's Cheques or Company Cheque (Australian dollars).  Cheques are only accepted if they are received more than 10 working days in advance of guest arrival.

Key Deposit/s
A $20 deposit per key is required upon arrival. 2 keys are required, 1 room key and 1 boom gate key. These are both refunded upon departure (provided the keys are returned and are in tact). (Key deposits are non commissionable)

Commission
10% commission is available to travel agents on accommodation only (specials excluded). Commission does not apply to any miscellaneous or incidental charges. Commission is also only paid to registered travel agents.

Check In/Out
Check in - from 2pm
Check out - by 10am

Refund/Cancellation Policy
Low Season - Cancellations advised with 24 hours notice are fully refundable less a $30 administration fee. Cancellations inside of 24 hours of arrival will result in forfeiture of deposit.
High/Peak Season - Cancellations advised with 21 days notice are fully refundable less a $30 administration fee. Cancellations inside of 21 days of scheduled arrival date will result in forfeiture of deposit.
